Processing Time
​Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped
Incorrect Shipping
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage & Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Because our products are prepared in small batches, we appreciate your patience while your order is carefully packed and shipped.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.
