Appointments & Services
When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information and arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of other clients.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price.
