At Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage & Wellness, each product is carefully crafted in small batches using high-quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Because of the time, care, and materials that go into every item, all sales are final.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once the damage is verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit for the item.
Important Notes
• Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal preference, or opened/used products.
• Damage claims must include photos and be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the conditions above.
